Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

Artesze currently offers shipping within Switzerland, with deliveries handled by SwissPost. Orders within Switzerland typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

For international orders outside of Switzerland, including Europe and worldwide destinations, please reach out to us directly using the contact form for any inquiry. We will assist in arranging a shipping solution to meet your location and delivery requirements.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Europe, U.S., and Australia: Estimated delivery within 7–8 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: Delivery times vary from 7–21 business days, subject to each country’s import regulations and customs clearance processes.

These timeframes are approximate and may be impacted by customs processing, local postal delays, or unforeseeable events on the courier’s side.

Special Delivery Requests

If your delivery is time-sensitive or requires special arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. This will help us ensure the most suitable shipping solution for your needs.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. This timeline is in addition to the shipping estimate and excludes weekends, holidays, or any delays due to high order volumes.

Tracking and Delivery

Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided and updated. For any issues during transit, please contact the relevant shipping provider with your tracking details. Please note that Artesze cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or service fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control. For specific information on customs fees, please consult your local customs office. Kindly note that Artesze cannot reimburse any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we recommend retaining any documentation, including photographs, and contacting the courier directly for compensation.
